FAQs

How much time should I give myself before class?

Your first time, you MUST show up 15 minutes before class starts so you can get the lay of the land especially if you have never spun or attended an indoor cycling class before. Regardless of your experience level, we have rules and safety precautions so it’s best to aim to arrive 15 minutes before class starts whether you are a novice or veteran. You will not be allowed into class.

4 minutes before class starts, the waitlist is called. Unless you are actually checked-in at this time, you could potentially lose your spot.

There is no entry once the class door shuts!

Simply put, if you are on time, you are late. If you are 15 minutes early, you are safely on time. This is also known as Lombardi Time, by way of Vince Lombardi. Maybe you know the trophy named for him? It is presented to the winner of the NFL.
